WEFC Donation Supports KC Superbowl Tragedy

In keeping with the giving spirit, the Wayne Junior Eagles Football and Cheer Club has made three separate donations to support those affected by the tragic shooting during the Super Bowl parade in Kansas City this year.

One donation was made to the Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. This hospital treated many of the children that were involved that day.

One donation was made to the Go Fund Me page of Elizabeth Lopez Galvan, who lost her life that day.

One donation was made to the United Way of Kansas City, who distributed aid to the victims, family and communities that were affected by that day's events.

WEFC thinks it is important to support football / cheerleading and its many athletes and fans, no matter how far away they are. We are one big family!
